Oh my. Not only is that hot (and yes, it's a kink of mine, too), but you captured the D/s negotiation and uncertainty perfectly. Snape is terribly worried about not doing things exactly right and therefore losing Lucius -- and he tells Lucius so. That kind of truth-telling is one of the things necessary to make a D/s relationship work. We don't see it, but I'd bet Lucius is almost as nervous about pushing Severus too far and losing him.
One point: I hate that neither of them ever washed the soap off. As someone with such sensitive skin that I can't take soap even when it is rinsed off, that struck me hard.
Otherwise, though, it all rang true, and I echo quite a lot of the comments made by previous posters.
